This single-story villa spans 480 square meters and features six double bedrooms, each providing stunning sea views.
Designed to harmonise with its natural surroundings, the retreat emphasises tranquility and relaxation, making it an ideal getaway for those seeking a rejuvenating experience.
Retreat #32 comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across its six en-suite double bedrooms, each equipped with a flat-screen TV, room safe, and private balcony overlooking the sea. The open-plan living area includes a spacious lounge, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen, all designed to foster a sense of well-being and communal connection.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, expansive terrace with dining facilities, and panoramic views of the Mediterranean. Additional amenities include a pétanque court, beach volleyball court, yoga deck, and a children's play area, catering to both relaxation and recreation. A private path leads directly to a secluded beach, enhancing the retreat's serene ambiance. Daily cleaning services and a dedicated concierge ensure a comfortable and stress-free stay.

Payment
50% of the Total Amount will be payable upon reservation of the booking, with the remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before the Check In date.
Security Deposit
The Security Deposit will be €15,000 and will be charged upon arrival to cover any damage incurred during the stay. This can be paid in advance or via credit card upon arrival. The deposit will be kept for up to 2 weeks after departure. In the event of any damage, the amount required for the repair will be deducted and proof will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
This booking has Free Cancellation if cancelled at least 31 days before the Check In date. If cancelled with 30 days or less before the Check In date, then 100% of the fee will be chargeable.

Minimum stay at this Villa is for 7 days with a Check In & Check Out on Saturdays only, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note, this booking includes two housekeepers working 5 hours per day (Monday to Saturday only) and continental breakfast (daily).
