Situated just 200 meters from the famous Glyfadi Beach and a short drive from various other beaches and activities, Retreat #3 ensures convenience and accessibility.
The Villa accommodates up to 20 guests in it’s 10 bedrooms, and offers privacy with 2 indoor and 4 outdoor living rooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, and en-suite bathrooms.
Additionally, the property features two stunning infinity pools on two levels, two outdoor Jacuzzis, an outdoor fireplace and dining area, BBQ facilities, and an outdoor gym, making it the perfect luxurious getaway.

Payment
50% of Total Amount will be payable upon reservation of the booking, with the remaining 50% due no later than 60 days before the Check In date.
Cancellation
Free Cancellation is not available. In the case of cancellation, the guest will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival, the guest will be charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
Deposit
Security Deposit will be €30,000.

Minimum stay at this Villa is for 7 days. However, shorter stays are available from October to April.
Your booking will include a Private Chef service, Waiter service, Daily-In House Housekeeping, Night Security Guard with a K9 dog and a Chauffeur Service.
Please note, the staff time schedule is 8 hours per day, unless otherwise agreed.
Change of linen & towels will be twice a week, unless otherwise agreed with an extra cost.
Guests can also enjoy with their Black Land Rover (4-seater) for their own personal use during their stay.
