Welcome to Retreat #18, a spacious property located in a serene setting in Sant Joan de Labritja, designed for you to unplug.
This beautiful estate covers a flat, fully enclosed area of 17,700 sqm land offering extensive open spaces for summer activities. Features include a 14 x 4 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a dining area with a barbecue, well-maintained lawns, and beautiful Mediterranean gardens with various fruit trees such as oranges, lemons, cherries, apples, quinces, carobs, and ancient olive trees.
The outdoor area also boasts a century-old Ferris wheel, a “safareig” with a traditional irrigation system, horse stables, and stunning countryside views. The villa itself spans 420 m2, with two floors, a basement, and ample private parking.
The ground floor includes an 80 m2 living room with large windows and a fully equipped kitchen, both opening to the outside. This level also features a guest toilet, three full bathrooms, and four bedrooms with a large terrace and countryside views. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and one has a private interior patio with a Jacuzzi.
The first floor comprises a 70 m2 room with a full bathroom and hydromassage bath, a spacious dressing room, and an outdoor terrace overlooking the pool and property. Additionally, there is a 40 m2 room with an en-suite bathroom and mountain views.
The villa comes with heating and air conditioning, 6-megabyte ADSL, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room with an outdoor clothesline, and an outdoor barbecue and Jacuzzi.

Reservations are accepted throughout the year, and the owner is open to rentals beginning and ending on any day of the week.
No parties or events allowed at this property.
Continental Breakfast will be included from Monday to Saturday between 09:00 – 10:30am during the High Season (12 May – 20 September).
There will also be a cleaning service on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays for 3 hours per day.
Towels will be changed twice a week, and sheets changed once a week, unless otherwise agreed.
