Payment | 50% of Total Amount will be payable upon reservation of the booking, with the remaining 50% due no later than 45 days before the Check In date.
Security Deposit | The Security Deposit will be €10,000
Cancellation Policy | Free Cancellation is not available. In the case of cancellation, the guest will be charged 50% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation 60 days prior to arrival, 100% of the deposit received will be refunded. A cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival will result in a 50% charge of the total cost of the reservation. And a cancellation in the 29 days prior to arrival will result in the guest being charged 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
