Retreat #22 spans three levels, accessible by a private lift, and features 8 luxurious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy. The villa’s outdoor spaces are truly exceptional, with several relaxation areas, an outdoor cinema, a solarium with a jacuzzi, and an outdoor kitchen for informal dining. A fully equipped gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and a bar for cooler evenings enhance the villa's amenities, ensuring every guest's needs are met.
The villa also offers the convenience of parking for 4 cars and a dedicated Property Manager available from Monday to Friday between 08:00 - 15:00.

Payment
The guest must pay a deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total rental price at the time of booking, and the balance of fifty percent (50%) is due one (1) month before the arrival.
Bookings made one (1) month or less prior to the arrival date will incur a one hundred percent (100%) prepayment at the time of booking.
Security Deposit
The Security Deposit for this Retreat is €10,000.
Cancellation Policy
Free Cancellation is available up to 90 days before the Check In Date. In case of cancellation after 90 days before Check In and before 30 days prior to Check In, then there will be a cancellation charge of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Any cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival, there will be a 100% cancellation charge of the total amount. Payments made via credit card have a fee of 3%. This amount will in no case be refunded.

The property has a Property Manager at your disposal from Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 15:00. The outdoor pool and the jacuzzi in the rooftop terrace can be heated at an additional cost and must be contracted in advance.
