Its elevated position unlocks spectacular 270° vistas, from the sun-washed rooftops of Ibiza Town to the sea and as far as Formentera. Designed with a seamless flow between interior calm and exterior beauty, the property invites slow, mindful living in an effortlessly luxurious setting. Clean lines, open spaces, and carefully curated natural elements enhance the sense of peace throughout.
Inside, Retreat #33 offers five spacious en-suite bedrooms, including a self-contained 50m² suite with private access — perfect for guests seeking added privacy. Floor-to-ceiling glass captures the changing light throughout the day, bathing the living areas in a warm glow. The sleek kitchen is fitted with a cooking island, premium appliances, and a wine fridge, ideal for nourishing meals or relaxed evenings with friends.
Outdoors, the large infinity pool with built-in jacuzzi invites restorative dips while citrus trees and Mediterranean flora create a soothing backdrop. The villa also features a gas barbecue, luxury sun loungers, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and a curated daily cleaning service. Payment
50% of the Total Amount will be payable upon reservation of the booking, with the
remaining 50% due no later than 30 days before the Check In date.
Security Deposit
The Security Deposit will be €5,000 and will be payable before arrival to cover any
damage incurred during the stay. The deposit will be kept for up to 2 weeks after
departure. In the event of any damage, the amount required for the repair will be
deducted and proof will be provided.
Cancellation Policy
This booking has Free Cancellation if cancelled at least 31 days before the Check
In date. If cancelled with 30 days or less before the Check In date, then 100% of
the fee will be chargeable.

Minimum stay at this Villa is for 7 days.
The Villa includes Daily Cleaning six days a week (Monday to Saturday) for four hours per day. The towels are changed twice a week and the bedding will be changed once per week. Any extra cleaning can be booked at a rate of €26 per hour.
